Lexie Findarle - Producer
Lexie oversees every project that comes through Naissance. Why? Well, not only is she the nicest one here and has the friendliest smile, but she is also the head producer. What does that mean: scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing communication along with the rest of all that producer stuff.
John Northcraft - Sound Designer
John is the sound designer of the stars. If you don’t believe us check out his IMDB. It’s filled to the brim with cool projects and movies. It’s this sick amount of polish that he brings to Naissance audio when he’s not in Hollywood.
Austin Schlack - Creative
Austin is a creative with a strong sense of design. How strong? Like really really strong. Not only can he create a logo with his eyes closed - he can also write html in his sleep.
Nick Trivundza - Creative Director
Nick also oversees every project that comes through Naissance and handles the design, workflow, and creative wrangling that comes along with those projects. That and drinks a lot of coffee. A LOT.
Jon Hunt - Creative
Jon is a co-conspirator and creative working closely with Naissance in their projects, especially in the realms of illustration, storyboards, and concept artwork aside from general badassdry.
Josh Jones - Creative
Josh is our go-to creative and co-conspirator for all things technical and in this industry that means when you need some insane motion tracking, wicked 3D, or mind boggling compositing.
Ryan Todd - Production Consultant
Ryan is our go-to-guy for production consultation. Why? Well he not only has an understanding of everything production related from lights, to tele-prompters, to getting actors to act he’s also a feature film director.
